About Media Card Carousel
Media Card Carousel templates let you send up to ten swipeable cards in a single WhatsApp message. Each card can include its own image or video, text body, and up to two buttons — perfect for showcasing a curated selection of products, articles, or services without needing your customer to leave the chat. Carousels are not available in Meta Business Manager's UI; they can only be created via the API, which is exactly what our builder generates.
Why use a Media Card Carousel?
Carousels dramatically increase the surface area of a single conversation. Where a regular template gets one shot at one CTA, a carousel can present ten distinct value propositions and let the recipient pick the one that resonates — driving higher engagement per send.
Each card has its own buttons, so a single carousel can mix "Shop Now" URLs for some cards with "Reply" quick-actions on others. This makes carousels the most flexible single-message format in the entire WhatsApp template catalog.
