About Product Card Carousel
Product Card Carousel templates pull rich product data — name, image, price, description — directly from your Meta Commerce Catalog and present it as up to ten swipeable cards inside the chat. Unlike Media Card Carousel where you author every card manually, Product Card Carousel auto-populates each card from a catalog product ID, so prices and images stay accurate without resubmitting the template.
Why use a Product Card Carousel?
Auto-synced product data. Because each card references a catalog product ID, any update in your Meta Commerce Catalog (price drops, image refreshes, name changes) shows up in subsequent sends without resubmitting the template for review.
Higher conversion per send. Carousels let users compare options side-by-side. Combined with WhatsApp's built-in cart and checkout flow, this is the closest you can get to a native shopping experience inside chat.
