About Multi-Product Message
Multi-Product Message (MPM) templates let you send a curated list of products from your connected Meta Commerce Catalog in a single WhatsApp message. Recipients see product titles, optional thumbnails, and prices in a scrollable in-chat list, and can add items to a cart without leaving WhatsApp. This format is ideal when you want to highlight a specific handful of SKUs rather than expose your entire catalog.

Where Catalog templates open the full storefront, MPM is curated — you choose exactly which 1–30 products appear in the message. This makes MPM ideal for personalised recommendations, restock alerts, and small targeted collections where less choice converts better than more choice.
